The window
Unopened items in their original packaging may be returned within 14 days of receipt.
How to start one
Contact our customer support team — WhatsApp +965 6550 6090 or info@arabiva.com — with your order number and what you would like to return. You can also bring the item to any of our three branches in Kuwait.
Refunds
Once the return is received, refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
Damaged or wrong items
If a shipment arrives damaged, or you received something other than what you ordered, contact us and we will replace it or refund it in full — the 14-day window still applies from the day you received the parcel.
Hygiene
Because fragrance is applied to the skin, items that have been opened or used cannot be returned unless they arrived faulty.
Shipping charges
Delivery is free on orders over 20 KWD; below that it is 1.5 KWD. See Delivery Information for carriers, times and pickup.
