Two things, mainly. Arabiva Originals are our own compositions, created from scratch in our workshop in East Al-Ahmadi — Sultan, Regal Oud, Sultana, Sensual Sweetness and Havana Tobacco. Alongside them we blend a wide range of inspired perfume oils, plus oud, musk, amber and oils for burners and diffusers.

No, and we will never tell you otherwise. An inspired oil is our own blend, made in Kuwait, built around a fragrance profile many people already love. It is not the original bottle, it is not made by that brand, and it is not sold as theirs. What you get is our interpretation of that character, at our price — often in an oil that lasts longer on skin than the spray it was inspired by.

Oil sits closer to the skin and lasts longer; it is the traditional Gulf way and it is what most of our customers come back for. A spray opens louder and projects further in the first hour. For a long working day, take the oil. To be noticed the moment you walk in, take the spray.

It depends on the composition and on your skin, but our oils generally hold for several hours and stay on fabric far longer. Apply on pulse points and on clothing, and do not rub your wrists together — rubbing crushes the top notes.

Inside Kuwait, 1–3 business days. To the GCC, 3–7 business days (up to a week for the main cities, when the item is in stock). Remote areas are delivered on the carrier’s scheduled days.

KNET, mada, Visa, Mastercard, Apple Pay, and cash on delivery. GCC orders can be paid by card at checkout; the total shown includes the product price and the shipping fee.

Yes. Order online and collect from whichever of our three branches is closest — Souk Wajef or Atyab Mall in Al-Mubarakiya, or Kuwait Magic Mall in Abu Halifa. You save the delivery fee and usually collect the same day. Addresses and map links are on our shops page.

Unopened, unused items can be returned within 14 days of purchase. Once a perfume has been opened we cannot take it back — it is a hygiene rule. If something arrived damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us and we will fix it.

As soon as your order ships you receive a tracking number by SMS or email, and you can follow the shipment with the carrier from there.

Yes — across the GCC. For anywhere further, message us before ordering and we will tell you honestly whether we can get it to you and what it will cost.

Yes. Tell us at checkout, or ask in any branch, and we will prepare it as a gift.

That is the part we enjoy. Message us on WhatsApp or Instagram and tell us what you usually wear, when you want to wear it, and whether you prefer sweet, woody, fresh or heavy — and we will narrow it down. Or come to a branch and smell it yourself; nothing beats that.

شنو يعني «مستوحى»؟

عطورنا تركيبات مستوحاة: نبني خلطاتنا حول أكوردات عطور معروفة. هي مو الزجاجات الأصلية من دور التصميم، وما نقدّمها على إنها كذلك أبداً. كل زجاجة تتخلط وتتعبّى في أرابيفا بالكويت.

كم ياخذ التوصيل؟

داخل الكويت: 1–3 أيام عمل. دول الخليج: 3–7 أيام عمل (لين أسبوع داخل المدن الرئيسية إذا كان المنتج متوفر). المناطق النائية توصل بأيام محددة حسب جدول شركة الشحن. الطلبات تتجهّز عادة خلال 1–2 يوم عمل.

كم رسوم الشحن؟

مجاني للطلبات فوق 20 د.ك، وإلا 1.5 د.ك. الشحن مع شركات متخصصة مثل بوستا بلس أو سمسا، وتقدر تتبع شحنتك برقم التتبع اللي يوصلك برسالة نصية أو إيميل.

شنو طرق الدفع؟

كي نت، مدى، فيزا، ماستركارد، أبل باي، والدفع عند الاستلام. لطلبات الخليج تقدر تدفع بالبطاقة الائتمانية عند الطلب، وتبدأ المعالجة بمجرد استلام الدفع، والمبلغ يشمل سعر المنتج ورسوم الشحن.

كيف أختار عطر ما شميته؟

كل صفحة منتج تعرض نوتاته والعائلة العطرية اللي ينتمي لها، وتعرض أقرب العطور له. وإذا تفضّل تسأل شخص، راسلنا واتساب على +965 6550 6090.

كيف أحفظ الزيت العطري؟

بعيد عن الشمس والحرارة، والغطاء مسكّر. الزيوت تحافظ على طابعها سنين إذا انحفظت بمكان معتم وبارد.
